My client in NG6 are recruiting for a part time Telephone Receptionist/Administrator to join their team.
The role is working 25 hours over 5 days per week
Hours: Mon- Friday Shifts either 07.30am -12.30pm or 12.30pm- 17.30pm and during holiday periods the core hours of 08.00am – 16.30pm will need to be covered
Duties and Responsibilities
1. To answer incoming telephone calls from clients and forward the call to the appropriate department
2. To receive visitors to the company, sign them in and advise the receiving member of staff
3. To undertake basic administration activities as requested
4. To manage the central stationery supplies
5. To administer the incoming and outgoing post.
6. To represent the company in a professional manner at all times
7. Any other duties as deemed necessary by the line manager
